Designed for early childhood professionals, including teachers, administrators, and family childcare providers, this workshop offers research-based skills you can apply immediately to strengthen relationships, enhance teamwork, and create a more connected, supportive community.
COURSE CONTENT & SCHEDULE
This online course is organized into four ninety-minute modules and will be offered from March 25 to April 15, 2025. The live sessions will be held on Zoom from 1:00 – 2:30 pm EST on these dates:
- March 25, 2025 Module One: Strengths-Based Communication Skills
- April 1, 2025 Module Two: Appreciative Inquiry and Positivity
- April 8, 2025 Module Three: Strengths-Based Observation and Supporting Teams
- April 15, 2025 Module Four: Strengths-Based Communication with Families
RECORDINGS AVAILABLE
All class materials, including video presentations and reflection guides, will be available on the course website. For anyone unable to attend, the live sessions will be recorded and posted on the course site.

CERTIFICATES & COMPLETION REQUIREMENT
Participants must attend all four live sessions or watch the recorded sessions in full. Upon successful completion of all four course modules, participants will receive a six-hour certificate of participation.
